This condo has everything you need for a cozy mountain getaway for all seasons. It is heated using in-floor radiant heat throughout. It has a large, plush, king-sized bed, with a washer and dryer in the walk-in closet. A spacious living room with a sofa sleeper that will welcome you to relax after an active day on the mountain. The kitchen is well appointed with all you'll need to cook for your family or friends. In winter you can cross the street and ski to the base of the Snowflake lift. In summer, you can find hiking and biking trails right outside the front door. All seasons allow for a quick walk to Main Street for festivals, shopping, or a night on the town. The condo also steps away from a Breckenridge Free Ride bus system stop. Enjoy your vacation to the beautiful Colorado mountains in modern comfort at this cozy mountain condo.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, our housekeeping company is taking the recommended steps as presented by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning, disinfecting, and preparing the condo prior to guest arrival. They are following the protocols laid out by the CDC and are using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces, and electronics. The linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are all washed and changed per manufacturers' guidelines between each guest. They are also stocking the condo with essential disinfectants and supplies to help guests follow the CDC’s guidelines.
